All products are made to order and custom-produced after purchase.

Cancellations and Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review your order details and size guide carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
